<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of aluminum corrosion, to reduce the limitation due to the support shape of a washer and to sharply reduce the coupling length to a screw hole by making the diameter of a washer coupling section provided around the screw hole of a fitting bolt smaller than the diameter of the washer, and unreleasably fitting the washer. SOLUTION: When an insulating washer 21 is positioned and fitted to the counterbore hole 25 of the support 51 a of a disk brake, the coating layer of an adhesive 27 is formed on one face of the insulating washer 21 in advance, and the insulating washer 21 is temporarily tacked to prevent a release. The coupling diameter formed with multiple lugs 26 arranged at intervals on the circumference along the outer periphery of the insulating washer 21 provided at the connection face portion around a screw hole 13a is made slightly smaller than the diameter of the insulating washer 21 to ensure the temporary tacking of the insulating washer 21, thus the insulating washer 21 can be forcefully coupled and fitted not to be released.</p> |
