PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling construction of an open rod and an open lever which can be relatively easily assembled and is not easily slipped off. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a slot 42c supporting an open rod 7 formed to an open lever 42 through a collared antipull-out member 71 and a through-hole 42d to which a collar portion of the antipull-out member 71 formed continuously to the slot 42c can be inserted at the open lever 42. Also provided is a stopper portion 71c which is possible to contact a supporting member 31 of the open lever 42 formed at the antipull-out member 71 and restricts the relative movement of the antipull-out member 71 from the slot 42c of the antipull-out member 71 to the through-hole 42 by the contact.
