PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for isolating and controlling impact capable of preventing impact destruction of a building owing to an impact force in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: An impact isolating and controlling device 1 comprising a resin 2 provided between a building 30, having a building body 33 and an upper foundation 32, and a lower foundation 25 provided on the ground 20, and a coil spring 3 buried in the resin 2 and disposed in such a way as to receive self weight of the building 30, is arranged between the building 30 and the lower foundation 25 so as to ease an impact force in the vertical direction acting on the building 30 from the ground 20. |
