PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water-diffusive sheet in which the base materials are stuck to each other, as the nonwoven fabric retains its water diffusivity in the test kit equipped with a water-diffusive sheet. SOLUTION: In the test kit that has a sheet having a plurality of mutually separated water absorption parts 1 for reaction of the test solution and a water- diffusive sheet 2 that at least partially contacts with the water-absorbing part for supplying the test solution to the water absorption part, the water-diffusive sheet 2 is prepared by sticking the nonwoven fabric to the base material with a thermoplastic resin. Since the water-diffusive sheet 2 has excellent water diffusion, the test can be simply and promptly performed.
