<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the elution of a noxious material by molding a synthetic resin fed into a female die with a male die and the female die so that the inside is recessed, filling a waste material in a molding, then airtightly closing the opening of the molding with a cover material made of the synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A proper quantity of a fused synthetic resin is fed into a female die 1, a male die 2 is press fitted into the female die 1 via the extending action of a cylinder 3, for example, and a molding 4 recessed on the inside is molded by the clearance (gap) between the female die 1 and the male die 2. The molding 4 is extracted after the male die 2 is released from the female die 3 via the shrinking action of the cylinder 3. A waste material containing heavy metals and general metals is shredded into dust after reutilizable portions are removed as much as possible. The waste material is filled into the molding 4, then the opening of the molding 4 is airtightly closed by a cover material made of a synthetic resin.</p> |
