PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and effectively utilize the sunlight and solar heat on the same roof surface to more effectively utilize the solar energy by arranging solar battery modules and solar heat collecting modules on the same roof surface. SOLUTION: A plurality of stages of solar battery modules are arranged on a roof surface from the eaves side, and a plurality of stages of solar heat collecting modules 2 are set on the ridge side. A heat collecting steel plate 23 is arranged on the reverse side of a glass plate 22 the circumferential end of which is fitted to the fitting part 211 of a frame member 21. A supporting steel material 24 both longitudinal ends of which are fixed to the frame member 21 is fixed to the reverse side of the steel plate 23 by a rivet or bolt. The heat collecting steel plate 23 is supported and fixed between the frame members 21 on the reverse side of the glass plate 22 to form a solar heat collecting module 2 consisting of the integrated glass plate 22 and frame member 21. According to this, a plurality of solar battery modules and solar heat collecting modules can be easily arranged on a roof surface, and the sunlight and solar heat can be effectively utilized on the same roof surface.
