PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly judge a stop of rotating-driving of a motor. SOLUTION: A source voltage is measured (step S31) even in the case of a variation of the source voltage supplied to a direct current motor by a using environment of the direct current motor, and a current ik which is a threshold value used for judging when the direct current motor is transferred from a state of rotating-driving to a state of stopping rotating-driving based on the source voltage measured (step S32). When the direct current motor is actually rotating-driven, whether a current (i) flowing in the direct current motor is bigger or not than the current value ik is judged. |
