PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cut the dissimilar material which is previously charged in an extruding tool from the remainder of extrusion by retreating a container in the manufacture of a clad material using the extruding tool having plural passage holes for materials. SOLUTION: This extruding tool is composed by combining a die 6 and plate 7, the rear end openings of a passage hole 11 for the material of a base metal and passage hole 12 for a dissimilar material which are released to a rear container 13 are formed on the plate 7 and also the passage hole 12 for the dissimilar material is formed into a tapered hole which is outward extended at the angleθof 5-15 deg. facing the front. Using this extruding tool, after the dissimilar material 3 charged in the container 13 is filled up by extruding it in the passage hole 12 for the dissimilar material while leaving the passage hole 11 for the material of base metal, the filled dissimilar material 3 is cut from the remainder 3a of extrusion by retreating the container 13, next, by applying extruding force to the material 2 of base metal charged in the container 13, the materials 2, 3 in the respective material passage holes 11, 12 are press-welded to each other before the materials are passed through the bearing part 9.
