PURPOSE:To prevent a mirror and a shielding plate from being generated by the shock or vibration at the start of their driving by supplying a driving voltage held at a fixed level while gradually increasing it to a motor for successively driving the mirror and the shielding plate. CONSTITUTION:The driving voltage to be supplied to the motor for a camera is held at a fixed level after gradually increasing it, the mirror is moved from a finder observing position to a photographing position, and when the mirror reaches the photographing position, the driving voltage is interrupted for a fixed period, and then the driving voltage is again gradually increased up to the fixed level. The driving voltage held at the fixed level is again supplied to the motor to move the shielding plate from a light shielding position to an opening position, and when the ducer reaches the opening position, the driving voltage is interrupted. Consequently, the motor can be prevented from being fluctuated intermittently for the load to be applied to the motor at the switching of driving between the mirror and the shielding plate and vibration or the like is not generated also at the leading of the motor as well.
