SOLUTION: An emulsion prepared by homogenizing a soybean protein, water and an oil and fat such as an animal or a vegetable oil and a raw vegetable selected from a cabbage, an onion, a carrot, a pumpkin, a Japanese radish, a burdock, a Chinese cabbage or a cucumber, a fruit or a pressed juice thereof is kneaded with a paste containing bird, animal and fish and shellfish meat and heated to produce a paste product.
