PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the falling accident of a handrail rod built between adjacent supports. SOLUTION: Two hook plates, in which return sections outwards projected from both side sections of substrates installed at both end sections of the handrail rod are formed to lower outside sections, are mounted on the substrates in a rockable manner in the internal and external directions while the automatic return means for the internally rocked hook plates 8, 8a are set up. When such an inserter is inserted into the inserting site of a mounting section in a support from an upper section, the hook plates 8, 8a are inwards rocked gradually while being changed as they are left as they are brought to the state, in which they are rocked to innermost sections, the hook plates 8, 8a are rocked outwards by the automatic return means when the lower end side of the inserter is projected downwards from the inserting site, the return sections are retained to the lower both side sections of the mounting section, and the inserter does not slip off from the inserting site.
|
