PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid detergent compsn. which has a long-term storage stability in the form of a powder and gives an aq. soln. exhibiting no decrease in concn. after being prepd. and in which a cationic germicide contained is prevented from being decomposed by incorporating sodium percarbonate or perborate, a cationic germicide, and a glutamic acid-N,N-diacetatic acid salt, each in a specified amt., into the same. SOLUTION: This compsn. contains 100 pts.wt. sodium percabonate or perborate, 0.5-100 pts.wt. cationic germicide, 0.05-100 pts.wt. glutamic acid-N,N- diacetic acid type chelating agent of the formula, 10-800 pts.wt. inorg. alkali metal salt (e.g. sodium carbonate), and 0.5-100 pts.wt. nonionic surfactant (e.g. a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether). Examples of the cationic germicide are cationic surfactant-based ones (e.g. benzethonium chloride), biguanide-based ones (e.g. chlorhexidine), and amino acid surfactant-based ones (e.g. an 8-18C alkyldiaminoethylglycine). In the formula, M is H, Na, K, or NH4 ; and R is H or OH. |
