<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball with excellent adhesiveness, safety and low cost for pretreatment facilities for adhesion improvement and appearance kept in transparent coating. SOLUTION: An adhesion reinforcing layer 2 containing silane couping agent shown in the formula is held between the surface of a ball main body 1 and a coating 3. The step of applying couple reinforcing agent containing silane coupling agent as shown in the formula onto the surface of the ball main body 1 formed of a composition having carboxylic groups or carboxyanion and the step of applying paint containing polyole components to the adhesion reinforcing layer 2 formed by using the couple reinforcing agent are included in manufacture. In the formula, R1, R2 are identical of different saturated alkyl groups with the number of carbons being 1-3, (m) is an integer of 1-3, (n) is an integer of 0-2, (m)+(n)=3 is satisfied and X is an organic group having an amino group, an imino group or an epoxy group in a molecule.</p> |
