PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the thickness of a cavity to be rapidly changed without the necessity to replace parts. SOLUTION: A movable part 48 of a die is moved to a cavity side part 42 with the help of a first controller 63, a first servo valve 62 and a cylinder unit 25 until the thickness of a cavity shows a desired value. That is, a resin is injected into the cavity side part 42 in such a state that the movable part 42 is separated from the cavity side part 42. A cut punch 44 is protruded in accordance with the thickness of the cavity by a second controller 73, a second servo valve 72 and a cylinder unit 32. That is, it is possible to continuously form a gap of an arbitrarily selected size rapidly by separating the movable part 48 from the cavity side part 42 to secure the gap of a desired size. Consequently, the production need not be suspended for replacing parts since such parts replacement is not necessary and changing the setups is easily completed hence the enhancing of productivity. |
