PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gaseous ozone sterilization device capable of eliminating the danger that gaseous ozone flows out from a clearance even when the clearance is present in a tightly closed chamber and safely and effectively performing fumigation sterilization by the gaseous ozone. SOLUTION: Gaseous ozone supply means 7 and 8 for supplying the gaseous ozone G0 into the tightly closed chamber 2 are provided, a gaseous ozone discharge port is provided in the tightly closed chamber 2 and an ozone decomposition catalyst is provided on the upstream side of the gaseous ozone discharge port. Also, a discharge damper 4 for opening the gaseous ozone discharge port when the inside of the tightly closed chamber 2 becomes higher than a prescribed pressure is provided on the gaseous ozone discharge port. |
