PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the insertion resistance of a catheter and to improve a hemostatic effect. SOLUTION: The main body of this valve has a three-layer structure and both upper and lower layers are provided with thin width slits B crossing the center straight. On an intermediate layer, by forming a through-hole whose cross section is circular and outer periphery is in contact with both surfaces of the intermediate layer in an orthogonal direction to the thin width slits B of the respective upper and lower layers, the thin width slit B provided with an opening part composed of a cut closed by bringing the tip of a flap 8 projected from both sides into contact respectively with the contact parts of the through-hole and both surfaces of the intermediate layer is formed. |
