<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide precast concrete stairs and its manufacturing method for manufacturing RC stairs of different floor height of a building. SOLUTION: A rise step part, a stair beam part 1 without a tread part, and a landing part 2 are manufactured as a series of precast concrete member A into dimensional specifications appropriate to the floor height of a building. Weld backing hardware is driven in the inclined direction of the upper face of the stair beam part 1, and step parts forming the rise step part and a tread part are also manufactured as a precast concrete member A of triangle pole shape from the side face view. Welding hardware is driven into the lower bottom face of the step parts so as to come in contact with the hardware of the stair beam part 1. The step parts are arranged on the stair beam part 1 at the spacing allotted according to the floor height of the building, and both hardware are welded to each other and integrated.</p> |
