PURPOSE:To improve a sensitivity characteristic and to decrease the fluctuation between the bright part potential and dark part potential after repeated uses by electrostatic charging and exposure by constituting a titled photosensitive body so as to have a layer contg. a specific compd. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive body is so constituted as to have the layer contg. the 3,3'-dicarbozolyl compd. expressed by the formula I. In the formula, R1, R2 denote an alkyl group, aralkyl group, aryl group, heterocyclic group of 1-10C which may have a substituent, R3-R6 denote a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, alkoxy group, alkyl group, aralkyl group of 1-10C which may have a substituent, A, B denote a hydrogen atom, alkoxy group, substd. amino group, alkyl group, aralkyl group of 1-4C. The sensitivity characteristic is improved and the fluctuation between the bright part potential and dark part potential after the repeated uses by electrostatic charging and exposure is decreased by incorporating the specific low molecular org. compd. into the photosensitive layer in the above-mentioned manner. |
