PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel member simplifying carpentering work so as to allow electric work to be performed at the same time and usable in the other prefabricated house after demolition so as to be recycled. SOLUTION: A panel member forming the interior face such as a ceiling part or a wall part in a prefabricated house comprises rectangular plate bodies 3, 3a, 7a, 7b and frame bodies 31, 32, 71a, 72a of approximately C-shape cross section provided at least at two opposed sides of each plate body. The panel member forming the ceiling part comprises a rectangular plate body 4, a luminaire 44 built in the plate body 4, and frame bodies 41, 42 of approximately C-shape cross section provided at least at two opposed sides of the plate body 4. |
