PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus which is small in size, is light in weight and is compact by suppressing the contamination within a system by dust, etc., suspended in the atm. of an electrolytic product forming apparatus for electrolyzing the steam in the atm. by a solid-state high-polymer electrolytic module. SOLUTION: The solid-state high-polymer electrolytic module 50 is formed by alternately laminating, via spacers 52, a plurality of solid-state high-polymer electrolytic elements 51 thermally compression bonded with porous electrodes 54a, 54b on both surfaces of the solid-state high-polymer electrolytic membrane 55, independently forming air flow passages 53a, 53b therebetween and electrically connecting the solid-state high-polymer electrolytic elements to each other in series. Circulating paths 43, 44 respectively connecting the respective air flow passages 53a, 53b are formed and gases are circulated in the respective circulating paths. The circulating gases in the circulating paths on the anode side are humidified by a humidifier 41 and the gases circulating in both circulating paths on the anode side and the cathode side are partly shunted and are taken outside. The external air is introduced into the circulating paths by air introduced paths 43a, 43b. |
