PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal core-free rubber crawler capable of freely selecting the width of the rubber crawler, a lug pattern and the shape and pitch dimension of driving projections. SOLUTION: A first process forming a long cylindrical body 3 having the peripheral length and thickness of a rubber crawler to be produced, a second process producing a rubber lug, a third process forming drive rubber projections, a fouth process cutting the long cylindrical body 3 into an annular body having the width of the rubber crawler and a fifth process bonding driving projections to the inner surface of the annular body 4 at a constant pitch and also bonding the rubber lug to the outer surface of the annular body 4 are provided. |
