PURPOSE:To improve a performance for processing the data of a system by providing a data base of the same construction as the data base in an auxiliary means in a main storing means and executing a reading from the data base by making an access only to the data base of the main storing means. CONSTITUTION:The data D1 by an application program 3 is written in the data base 202 of the same construction as the base 101 in the auxiliary storing means constituted in the main storing means 2 by a management program 4 and at the same time written in the data base 101 in the auxiliary storing means. The reading of the data D2 by the application program 3 is carried out by making access to the data base 202 in the main storing means and but making no access to the data base in the auxiliary storing means. Thereby, the reading time grows at a remarkably higher speed than a system for making an access to the auxiliary storing means through a buffer.
