PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-resisting alloy for heating-furnace bottom member excellent in oxidation resistance, impact resistance, compressive strength, and corrosion resistance even in a high-temp. region, by specifying a composition consisting of C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, Fe, B, P, S, and Co. CONSTITUTION:The heat-resisting alloy for heating-furnace bottom member has a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.15-0.30% C, <=0.5% Si, <=1% Mn, 25-30% Cr, 10-25% Ni, 3-7% Mo, 2-7% Fe, <=0.007% B, <=0.04% P, <=0.04% S, and the balance essentially Co. This alloy is capable of supporting a heavyweight material in a heating furnace of a temp. as high as about 1,100-1,200 deg.C to carry out heat treatment.
