PURPOSE:To stabilize quality, by taking out a specimen by a sampling unit and feeding the same to an analyzer by a feed-out unit and returning the excessive specimen by a reflux unit. CONSTITUTION:Numerals 24a, 24b, 24c show discharge ports of respective raw materials of the first, second and third processes of particulate material manufacturing equipment. Sampling units 26 are respectively provided to the discharge parts and steadily take out raw materials naturally falling from main lines in small quantity and the quantities thereof are adjusted by electromotors each equipped with a variable speed reducer. The specimen taken out from each of the units 26 is supplied to a feed-out unit 30 through a shifting unit 28 discharging foreign matter having a large particle size and further fed to a receiving unit 40. The specimen is subsequently fed to an analyzer 50 to be analyzed and the analytical result is outputted to a transmission panel 52. A reflux unit 60 refluxes the excessive specimen from piping 41b to the appropriate apparatus of the main line of a manufacturing process such as a storage silo 70. As mentioned above, the specimen is always continuously taken from each process and analyzed while the excessive specimen is refluxed to the main process to make it possible to attain to stabilize the quality thereof.
