Tumor associated nucleic acids and uses therefor

The invention describes SAGE (sdph3.10), sdp3.5 and HAGE (sdp3.8) tumor associated nucleic acids, including fragments and biologically functional variants thereof. Also included are polypeptides and fragments thereof encoded by such nucleic acid molecules, and antibodies relating thereto. Methods and products also are provided for diagnosing and treating conditions characterized by expression of sdph3.10, sdp3.5 and/or sdp3.8 gene products.
