PURPOSE:To accurately weigh a foamable liquid to be examined, by a method wherein the foamable liquid to be examined is raised from the upper part of the second level controlled by the second liquid level meter along the side wall part of a receiving container under the stirring of a foaming suppressing liquid to be supplied to the first level. CONSTITUTION:After a proper amount of water is supplied to measuring tanks 13, 14 through a water supply pipe 15, base pH is measured in the measuring tank 13 and a base current is measured in the measuring tank 14. Subsequently, the foaming suppressing liquid supplied from a foaming suppressing liquid supply pipe 5 and the liquid to be examined supplied from a liquid supply pipe 4 are uniformly mixed in a receiving container 3 and the resulting mixture is supplied to weighing pipes 8, 9 through a sample supply pipe 7. Subsequently, a definite amount of the sample prepared is respectively supplied to the NH3 measuring tank 13 equipped with a water supply pipe 15 and the H2O2 measuring tank 14 equipped with a drain pipe 16 by a rotary type change-over device 10 through pumps P4, P5. The pH of the sample is measured in the measuring tank 13 and the current of the sample is measured in the measuring tank 14. |
