PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition suitable as a corrosion-resistant paint for repairing under water or wet-surfaced steel structures, comprising an epoxy resin, curing agent containing ketimine compound and flaky pigment. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a corrosion-resistant paint composition containing, as the vehicle, a curing agent consisting (partly) of ketimine compound and (C) a flaky pigment. For said, ketimine compound in the component B, it is preferable that 0.03-0.3mol. equivalent of ketimine group be contained in 100pts.wt. of said corrosion- resistant paint composition. This paint composition is also preferably combined with a dehydrating agent.
