Device for motor vehicle lateral motion, which consists of a jack cart (1) fitted, at one end, with a roll (2) which can be rotated by an electric motor (3) by means of step-down gears (4) and with the other end anchored to a socket (5) fitted into a support of the vehicle's wheel; the cart is brought to its operational position by an extensible working arm (8), rotated around a joint (9) by means of a rod (14) articulated through a spindle (15) to the jack cart, which it pulls, due to a compressed spring (16), resting on a guiding part (17) fitted on the rod, which prevents the latter from rotating around its own axis due to guiding grooves.
