PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card form capable of coping with plural non-contact IC card systems just by making a system user own one non-contact IC card in the non-contact IC card for transferring data with external device without contacting. SOLUTION: A card carrier receives the data for a circuit program for utilizing the system so as to utilize the system using the external device 1 from the external device 2. Received information is stored in a memory 110 for the circuit program and a programmable integrated circuit 107 is constituted to a required function circuit (modulator 107a, demodulator 107b and clock generation circuit 107c) corresponding to the stored data. Also, in the case of utilizing the other system, the other system is utilized by a similar procedure. By such constitution, when the external device 2 for transmitting the required data for the circuit program for the respective systems is installed, the plural non- contact IC card systems are utilized by one card without changing the system on the side of the external device 1 at all. |
