摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability by controlling corrosion due to an electrolyte and by securing flexibility with respect to creep deformation, and to shorten a processing time. SOLUTION: A pair of short-circuiting jigs 20 comprising carbon are brought into contact with side faces of cooling plates 2 located in both layer-directional sides of a partial layered body 8, including a defective unit cell 5, from their both sides. A wire 22 with a nut 22a in its one end and a screw part in its other end is inserted into the paired jigs 20 and the layered body 8 in a direction orthogonal to a layered direction, and a nut 23 is screwed-in in the projected screw part. Then, the nut 23 is tightened to fix tightly the paired jigs 20 to the cooling plates 2, to electrically bypass the defective unit cell 5.
