PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the connection area of electrodes to be connected with leads and prevent the short-circuiting of these electrodes with adjacent ones by projecting a part near the center of the electrodes to be connected with the leads out of fan-shaped electrodes formed on the disc-like piezoelectric element in the circumferential direction to enlarge the connection area of the electrodes for the leads. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator 10 is constituted of a disc-like piezoelectric element 11, a central shaft 12 which passes through the center of the piezoelectric element 11, a supporting stand 13 fixed to the central shaft 12, a lead substrate 14 installed on the opposite side of the piezoelectric element 11 from the supporting stand 13, and a first lead 15a and a second lead 15b which are formed on the lead substrate 14. Out of fan-like electrodes which are formed by dividing the piezoelectric element 11 in the circumferential direction into equal parts, those to be connected with the first and the second lead 15a, 15b are projected at a part near the center in the circumferential direction to form an enlarged section. Then, the leads 15a, 15b are firmly fastened to the connecting positions and the short-circuiting between the electrodes connected with the leads and those adjacent to these electrodes is prevented. |
