PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the editing or the like of waveform data while displaying a selected range or position to clearly compare it with a real waveform by providing a third display control means or the like for displaying the selected position or block in a second display style corresponding to a displayed waveform on a display means. SOLUTION: Various operating instructions are executed by operating a mouse 4 and clicking the mouse 4 by moving a cursor on a CRT screen to the position of the desired button or area to perform the required operating instruction.
