PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generator which is capable of generating electric power, even the available wind is a breeze only, without using a speed- increasing gear at the time of converting wind power energy into electrical energy, generating electric power highly efficiently, when the generator is rotated at a low speed, and has a simple structure. SOLUTION: A wind power generator is constituted, in such a way that a discoid base 3 is provided to a transmission shaft 2 which is rotated by wind power and a plurality of permanent magnets 9 is fitted to the lower surface of the peripheral section of the base 3 via a first yoke section 8. Then a coil 11 is provided on the opposite side of the permanent magnets 9 via a second yoke section 10, so that an induced voltage is generated in the coil 11 when the permanent magnets 9 are revolved. Therefore, the wind power generator is able to generate electric power, even when only a breeze is available and the power generating efficiency of the generator can be improved. |
