<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide small irregularities that are similar to dots on the surface of a projected part of a resin letterpress. SOLUTION: A layered body in which a base material 1, a photosensitive resin layer 2, a transparent protective film 3, knitted and woven fabrics 4 having the opening of a mesh through which light transmits, a negative film 5 and a transparent sheet 6 are laminated in the order, is prepared. A projected part is formed on the layered body by irradiating the layer 2 which light from the sheet 6 side and curing the photosensitive resin in an area corresponding to an image part of the film 5. A small recess corresponding to the system of the fabrics 4 is formed on a projected part surface. Small irregularities that are similar to dots are formed on the projected part surface by the small recess to make letterpress printing possible. Thus, as the fabrics 4, one which has an optical size that is sold on the market as mesh fabrics, a mesh screen or the like can be used. Therefore, it is possible to easily obtain resin letterpress having an optical size and to simultaneously take an effect of performing letterpress printing for a printed body having an optical size.</p> |
