<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a spurious error in an electronic system by embedding a resistance material layer from the tip of the middle section of a slide contact face to form a nearly flat contact face, bringing it into contact with a mating contact section via the resistance material layer in the contact initial stage, and keeping it in direct contact with a conductive material at the complete contacting. SOLUTION: When the tip of a plug connector 6 is inserted into the cavity of a receptacle connector 8, a receptacle contact 15 is first brought into contact with the high-resistance section 12 of the tip section 11 of the plug contact 7. The energy from an electronic system starts to flow to the conduction section 14 of the plug contact 7 from the receptacle contact 15 via the high-resistance section 12. When the plug connector 6 is inserted further, the receptacle contact 15 is moved along a sliding contact face 16 until it reaches the conduction section 14 of the plug contact 7. When the plug connector 6 is inserted completely, it is brought into direct contact with the conduction section 14 of the receptacle contact 7, and no further voltage drop is generated on the high-resistance section 12.</p> |
