PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unauthorized user from performing illegal operation by maintaining operable state when the user leaves his seat. SOLUTION: A magnetic card reader for reading magnetic stripes of a magnetic card P is arranged along a card running groove 16 formed on a case body of a keyboard 3, and a hold part which holds the magnetic card P at a terminal part of this card running groove 16 is provided with a monitoring sensor 17 for detecting the existence of the magnetic card P. Here, the monitoring sensor 17 transfers change of state by existence/nonexistence of the magnetic card P to a central processing part and this central processing part is designed to recognize whether the user is authorized or not in accordance with the change of state. The central processing part decides him or her to be the authorized one when the magnetic card P exists and decides him or her not to be the authorized one when it does not.
