PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the overall weight of a device and to enable the output of a desired current even with a small power source capacity, by switching between output from the variable output part and fixed output part of a voltage regulator by a change-over switch and outputting it to a relay. SOLUTION: A power source is connected to the IN side, and an overcurrent relay to be tested is connected to the OUT side. Then in the case of minimum performance test, a change-over switch 20 is switched to the side of (a), i.e., the side of a variable output part 14, and it is possible to regulate a current outputted to the relay at will by operating a voltage variable regulator 12. Then as regulating an output current by the voltage variable regulator 12, a minimum current by which the overcurrent relay is operated is measured by an ammeter 26. In addition in the case of operating time test, the switch 20 is switched to the side of (b), i.e., the side of a fixed output part 16, and a predetermined current (test current) is inputted to the overcurrent relay from a constant-current circuit 22 to which a predetermined voltage is outputted from the fixed output part 16 by tapping. By this, it is possible to measure the operating time in the case of applying the test current. |
