PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately form a color filter on an element substrate at a high nondefective rate by forming a colored layer on a base and adhering the element substrate where an element is formed via a light transmissive adhesive member onto the colored layer. SOLUTION: A base 28 and an ink filling layer 32 are integrally peeled off an original disk, and the base 28, where the ink filling layer 32 provided with recessed parts for filling ink on the surface is formed, is formed. Then, coloring ink set beforehand is filled in the respective recessed parts for filling the ink and the colored layer 40 is formed. Then, an adhesive layer precursor 44 is dropped on the ink filling layer 32 where the colored layer 40 is formed and the ink filling layer 32, the colored layer 40 and the element substrate 46 are tightly adhered through the adhesive layer precursor 44. The composition of the adhesive layer precursor 44 is not specially limited as long as light transmissivity requested as the color filter is provided, influence on color characteristics is absent and a tight adhesion property to the colored layer 40 and the element substrate 46 is satisfied and the various adhesive members can be utilized. |
