PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device for shortening time required for phase adjustment until lock-on in a timing stabilization circuit. SOLUTION: This semiconductor device is provided with a variable delay circuit 2 for adjusting the delay amount of input clock signals by changing a delay stage number and generating delay clock signals and the timing stabilization circuit for stabilizing the timing of the delay clock signals to a desired timing by shifting the delay stage number of the variable delay circuit 2 one by one in a first state and shifting the plural stages each in a second state and controlling the delay amount. |
