PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assemblability at the time of locking a cover plate to a frame. SOLUTION: A first cover plate 4 and a second cover plate 5 are put on the frame 3 from upper and lower parts. At the time of fitting the first cover plate 4 to the frame 3, a tongue piece 4d pushed and spread by a frame projection part 32 positioned at a pawl housing part 31 is pushed and abutted on a tongue piece fixing part 33 and the first cover plate 4 is locked double by a cover notched part and the frame projection part. |
