PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a bridge circuit, wherein the loss in surge voltage is especially low and increase in the cost of devices is prevented. SOLUTION: A current supplied from a wiring board 56 is passed through a switch 43' via an aluminum plate 55. The current passed through the aluminum plate 55 and the current passed through the switch 43' are opposite in direction, and the inductance produced is reduced. The current which pass through a switch 44' via an aluminum plate 59 is also in the opposite direction, and the inductance produced is reduced. Furthermore, the current passing through the wiring board 56 and the current passing through a wiring board 61 are opposite in direction to each other, and the inductance produced is reduced. |
