PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the peripherals of a game machine from getting complicated and also to enable plural operators to perform a game operation at the same time by making plural controllers use different pseudo-noise sequences for diffusion respectively. SOLUTION: Operator's operation information to a controller 1 is converted into a bit string in a controller 1011 and is directly diffused by a multiplier 112 by using a diffusion code (pseudo-noise) sequence PN0 outputted from a diffusion code generator 111. Each diffusion signal generator 111 of plural controllers 1 uses a diffusion code sequence that is different from the other controllers. In a communication controller 4, a radio signal received by the controller 1 is subjected to inverse diffusion processing in SAW matched filters 410a to c, three kinds of controllers 1 are differentiated and the signal is taken out. The signal undergoing inverse diffusion is demodulated by a demodulator 420 and is sent to a video game controller 5 through a controller 4031.
