SOLUTION: Search window width and a parameter that decides if a search window should be set to a pass phase in which search receiving power is maximum are set to a search window width setting part 109. A search window position setting part 108 detects a pass phase in which the receiving power is maximum from data outputted by a delay profile data balancing part 103. The part 109 sets search window width that is decided in accordance with a cell radius of a base station. A search window controlling part 110 sets a search window of a search window width designated by the part 109 at a search window position designated by the part 108.
