<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component provide with high-accuracy grooves which are formed into a conductive film or a resistor film. SOLUTION: An electronic component 10 is provided with a groove forming part 11 in its center and terminal poles 12 at both ends. The groove forming part 11 has a cylindrical insulating base 13a and a conductive film 14a provided on the surface of the base 13a. Grooves 15 are formed by laser process or a grinder and a protective film 17 is formed on the conductive film 14a. Since the base 13a is a cylinder, the working by laser or a grinder with respect to the conductive film 14a can be performed with high accuracy.</p> |
