Method and plant for the grinding together of two or more substances of different grindability

The heavier substance (3) is preshredded and then ground further down with the other substance (8). Before the further grinding the heavier substance is preshredded to a Blaine fineness of at least 700 sq. cm /g, preferably 1000 sq. cm/g. The preshredded heavier substance is supplied to a separating device (5) which feeds the fine particles of the desired size on for further grinding with the other substance whilst returning the oversized part back for further shredding.
