PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a polymerized antibody having larger molecular weight than a conventional polymerized antibody and a uniform degree of polymerization and an improved immunological measuring method using the above- mentioned polymerized antibody. SOLUTION: An antibody or a polymer of antibody pieces does not characteristically contain molecules of a particle diameter of 0.1μm or less, and an immunological measuring method uses the polymerized antibody. This antibody or polymer of antibody pieces can be used as a polymer having a uniform degree of polymerization without the need for fraction by a gel permeation chromatograph, etc., has not variations in reactivity as the degree of polymerization is uniform, and is effective in the improvement of reproducibility and in the suppression of non-specific bonding in an immunological measurement.
