The chest (1) is mounted on castors (9) for easy of movement. A vertical telescopic mast (4) has a manual or mechanical drive to raise and lower it. The mast is equipped with a series of fork-shaped tray holders (2) with spacers (7) between them. Prongs of the forks are grooved to receive food trays and are able to rotate relative to the axis of the mast. The chest itself is thermally insulated and has a lid in the form of two hinged leaves.
