PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine coaxial cable with flexibility and more mechanical durability as well as a multicore cable. SOLUTION: (1) In a coaxial cable, an insulator 2 has a thickness of 0.15 mm or less and a conductor formed as an outer conductor 3 by rolling a copper or copper alloy round wire into a flat shape to be spirally wound on the insulator 2. (2) In a coaxial cable as described in (1), it is desirable that a winding angle to the cable axis of the outer conductor 3 is 45 degrees or more and the thickness of the flat conductor is 30μm or less. (3) A multicore cable may be one that two coaxial cables as described in (1), (2) are used for its core.
