PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure with favorable heat dissipation for a transmitreceive MODEM cabinet having a function to control one line. SOLUTION: This structure comprises a substrate 100 having a plurality of fins 100 g on the upper side of the surface, a cover 101 covering the surface of the substrate 100 and four forced air-cooling fans provided on the substrate 100. The cover 101 covers the surface side of the substrate 100 so that a plurality of ducts 105 are formed with the fins 100 g and a flat space 107 is formed under the fins 100 g. An amplifying circuit board module 130 and a power supply circuit board module 132 are mounted on the parts corresponding to the fins 100 g on the rear side 100c of the substrate 100. A circuit board module 140 is mounted in the space 107. When the forcible air-cooling fan is activated, the air flows along the ducts 105 and in the space 107.
