PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bus bars from coming into contact with each other to generate friction in forming a terminal structure, in which plural bus bars are fixed by resin. SOLUTION: Plural bus bars 13, 14 to compose an inner circuit are connected by connection parts 15, 16 in a parallel condition having an interval between each other to form circuit members 11, 12. The circuit members 11, 12 are sequentially set in a die, in such a way that the bus bars 14 of the circuit members 2 enter into between the bus bars 13 of the circuit member 11 without making contact, and resin is molded in this set condition to fix the bus bars 13, 14. A position regulation part 19 for temporarily setting the circuit member 12 in the die having a distance to the bus bars 13 of the circuit member 11, by bending the connection part 16 of the circuit member 12, is provided. |
